A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Any appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the value of the service(s) booked. Clients that arrive late may have session cut short, or might have to reschedule if more than 15 mins late, to allow following appointments to start on time.
